Folklore: Stinging Nettles are usually regarded as a pure nuisance when growing in the garden, but their healing properties far outweigh any "nuisance" factor! Nettles provide nourishment in the form of tonic, tea and raw food as they may be cooked to resemble spinach and taste even better!
