Shipping & Returns

Retail Customer Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If there is an item(s) you wish to return, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of your shipment.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, call us at 417-598-2716 so that we may authorize your return and give you further instructions. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Retail Customer Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

These shipping and return policies do not pertain to Wholesale Customers. 

Wholesale Customer Shipping Policy

Please note that when checking out, you can view an estimate of your shipping costs before confirming your order.We use the USPS flat rate shipping charge which is often cheaper than UPS shipping charges. However, with larger orders (particualrly orders by the case) your shipping charges will most likely be more than what is quoted by your shopping cart. If this happens, we will notify you via email of any additional shipping charges and will charge your credit card accordingly. 

You may request a shipping preference, USPS or UPS delivery and shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly.

Damaged Freight: Although every effort is made to ensure a safe delivery, if an order should arrive damaged please email or phone us within 3 days of delivery.  

Wholesale Customer Payment Terms

We accept all major credit cards; Visa, MC, Discover and American Express. If you wish to set up Terms of payment with us, please phone us to complete paperwork. Terms must be arranged by telephone and must be completed before shipping.

Wholesale Customer Returns Policy

We do not accept returns unless a shipment has been damaged or there is an error regarding the items ordered vs. the items shipped. If either of these situations exist, please contact us within 3 days of accepting delivery and we will make every effort to rectify the situation. Our Custmer Service is exemplary. We appreciate your business and will do everything within our power to maintain your satisfaction with Granny Good's Naturals.
